AirDXB manages all guest communication from initial inquiry to checkout. This includes answering questions, handling bookings, coordinating check-in and check-out, and resolving any issues during the stay to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both guests and owners.
We have a 24/7 guest management team, on-hand to answer all and any guest queries.
Our standard rate is 16.75% to manage your property (incl VAT).
AirDXB charges an onboarding fee of AED 2,750 and a management fee of 16.75% including VAT. Utilities, maintenance, cleaning and any optional furnishing or repairs are separate. Since we operate on a profit sharing model, if you do not earn, AirDXB does not earn so our success depends on yours.
AirDXB uses a dynamic pricing model that continuously adjusts rental rates based on market demand, seasonality and local events. This ensures your property is competitively priced to maximise occupancy and rental income without compromising on value.
AirDXB handles all regulatory requirements including the DTCM permit application, property registration, insurance guidance and platform compliance so your listing is fully legal and guest ready.
Yes! We are currently offering AED3,000- AED7,500 or 25% of AirDXB's monthly management fee to those who refer a new host to us.
