The Business Development Manager at AirDXB is responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding the client base, and building long-term partnerships within Dubai’s real estate and short-term rental market. This role focuses on identifying new revenue opportunities and strengthening AirDXB’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Support expansion initiatives across local and international markets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Source and secure new clients including property owners, investors, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication.
Sales & Revenue Performance
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and property management teams.
- Provide market feedback to support service and product development.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Prepare performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
