The Guest Relations – Field role focuses on in-person guest experience and property readiness. You will support check-ins and check-outs, ensure units meet AirDXB standards, and quickly resolve any in-stay issues. Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams, you will help maintain high service quality across all properties and ensure guests feel supported throughout their stay.
