We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing expert guidance on the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities
* Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout transactions
* Market and promote property listings through various channels
* Conduct property viewings and negotiations
* Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
* Proven experience in real estate or sales (Dubai market preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of local property laws and regulations (RERA certification is a plus)
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
