Since launching in 2018, AirDXB has experienced almost every kind of market. We navigated COVID, witnessed Dubai’s remarkable recovery and growth, managed changing levels of supply and demand, and evolved alongside one of the world’s most dynamic property markets.

2026 has brought its own challenges. But challenging markets are not new to us, and neither is change.

Our belief in Dubai’s short let market remains strong. Successful short let property management in Dubai has always required more than simply listing a property. It requires experience, flexibility, strong operations and the ability to respond quickly as market conditions change.

That has always been the AirDXB approach.

Eight Years of Growth

From managing our first properties in Dubai in 2018, AirDXB has grown into an award-winning short let property management company, having managed thousands of properties and more than AED 1 billion in real estate assets.

Along the way, we have earned more than 22 awards and recognitions across property management, hospitality, customer experience, marketing and innovation.

And we are still moving forward.

In 2026, we began expanding beyond Dubai with the soft launches of AirAD in Abu Dhabi and AirRAK in Ras Al Khaimah, taking the experience we have built over eight years into two more growing UAE markets.

It is an exciting next step, and one that reflects our continued confidence in the future of short let and holiday home management across the UAE.
