AirDXB has been named Most Trusted Short-Let Property Management Company 2026 – Dubai at the BUILD Real Estate & Property Awards.

The recognition marks our 23rd industry award and recognition and, importantly, the second time BUILD has recognised AirDXB for our work in Dubai's short-let and property management sector.

Since AirDXB was established in 2018, our goal has never simply been to manage properties.

That responsibility has remained at the centre of how we operate as AirDXB has grown.

Today, we have managed thousands of properties and more than AED 2 billion in real estate assets, while continuing to evolve our approach to short-let property management as Dubai's market changes.

Every recognition is different, but this one feels particularly relevant.
